Company Profile Business Situation Project Scope Once Joint Application Requirements (JAR) sessions were conducted and the gap analysis was complete, Robert Half Technology developers began customizing the functionality of Oracle to synchronize with the client's business processes. After the functionality was defined, reports development began in earnest. New forms were created and standard Oracle forms enhanced to allow users to fully access and process data. Part of this process included development of Oracle database triggers, Oracle alerts, database packages and procedures, descriptive flex fields, definition of concurrent programs and value sets, and definition of printer styles. Reports development included an operations planning report to gather detailed inventory, shipping and receiving information on a daily basis for multiple organizations. Other reports developed included a series of complex Inventory, Supply-Chain and MRP reports that coordinate the entire manufacturing process for the company. Among the installed Oracle modules were: Inventory, Advanced Planning/Supply-Chain, Master Scheduling/MRP, Order Management, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Quality, Work in Process.
